Offer Terms and Conditions
This offer applies to new residential customers in Heflin, Alabama only and is available to the first 50 eligible sign-ups.
This offer includes free fibre-to-the-premise installation (FTTP) to homes for either Basic installation (Valued at $300USD) or Premium installation (Valued at $500USD).
Minimum terms:
Recipients of Free Basic installations must remain connected for a minimum of 8 months.
Recipients of Free Premium installations must remain connected for a minimum of 12 months
Early Cancellation Repayment
If an internet plan is cancelled before the minimum term ends, you must repay the waived installation cost:
$300 for basic install customers, $500 for premium install customers
What the offer does not include:
This promotion covers installation only. Monthly internet plan charges still apply.
Equipment Return
As part of Gigafy internet plans, Gigafy provides the router for connection and, if included, a range extender. This equipment remains Gigafy property. If you cancel your service, this equipment must be returned. If you do not return it, or you choose to keep it, Gigafy may charge an equipment fee.
Promotion Duration
As at 28 February 2026, this promotion has no fixed end date. The offer ends once 50 customers have redeemed it.
